Back To DJ's

The U.S. remixing and DJ duo of Rosabel is comprised of Chicago-based DJ/producer Ralphi Rosario and Miami-based DJ/producer Abel Aguilera. They debuted in the late '90s while working together on records by Donna Summer and Gloria Estefan. In 2000, Rosabel teamed up to work on Debbie Jacobs' "Don't You Want My Love," and re-introduced Jennifer Holliday in the club/dance scene with a remix of "And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going." In 2001, their hit "The Power," performed by Jeamie Tracey and featured on the top-rated HBO series Sex and the City, anticipated the success of their following single "That Sound."

Masterbeat is thrilled to present the return of Rosabel for their 3rd year in a row as the headlining DJ's for our New Year's Eve event and are proud to count them in our resident DJ roster for our Los Angeles events.

  Ralphi Rosario

Because of his love for music and his need to share it with others, Ralph Rosario began spinning records for friends at home and school parties in the late 70s.

Over a quarter century later, he still spins for legions of friends at massive gatherings around the globe in such nations as Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Austria, Portugal, Brazil, and Canada. His acumen as a DJ for the dance floor is undeniable.

Ralphi has been creating number 1 dance hits for artists such as the Pussycat Dolls, Amber, and Jenifer Hudson….just to name a few. It's hard to find a major recording artist that doesn't count a Ralphi Rosario remix among their discography.

  Abel

Born in Brooklyn New York, and lives in Miami, Abel had a mix show on Miami radio at age twenty, but it was his residencies at South Beach clubs such as Paragon and Salvation that established Abel as the after-hours king.

One of the best known and most respected deejays on the circuit, Abel credits his incredible success to two words: cha-cha. "You gotta give them the cha-cha," he says. "Nothing gets the ass shaking more than Latin beats."
